Getting There
Revision Skincare is pleased to be able to reimburse you for your travel up to $600.00 for a flight or rental car + mileage. Expenses will be reimbursed within the 2 weeks following attendance at the Elite Retreat via check. All checks will be mailed to the address listed on your provided W-9.
Flying to Dallas
Please plan your arrivals and departures for no later than 1:00 PM (CST) on Friday, July 26th and no earlier than 3:00 PM (CST) on Saturday, July 27th.
Private Transportation will be arranged for you between your airport of choice - Dallas Forth Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL).
In order to seamlessly provide for your transfers, it is extremely important that we have your specific flight details - including flight numbers - by June 5, 2024.

Top Practice Survey
Please take a moment to answer a few questions that will help us curate content for this year’s event. This must be completed by the owner of, or decision-maker in, the practice by June 5, 2024 - it will take about 15 minutes to complete. You will be asked to verify your completion of the survey during registration.
W - 9
In order to make sure expenses are reimbursed in a timely manner, please provide us a copy of your W-9 by June 5, 2024. You can upload a signed copy during registration or email a copy to Alex Sisler.
Universal Release
We want to make sure your amazing pictures and catchy quotes can be included in future promotions of the Elite Retreat! You'll be asked to verify your agreement of our Universal Release in a Captcha question during registration.

Packing for the Elite Retreat
July temperatures in Dallas average in the high 90s. Elite Retreat programming will be held indoors. But we recommend layers to keep you comfortable in the chill of the hotel's air-conditioning.
Business Casual Attire is recommended for daytime programs.
Formal Attire is requested for the evening's events.
